The changeover you don't have to think about
Because so much of Melbourne runs on ageing Brivis heaters, changeovers are daily work for our crews: swap the unit, inspect the ducts, test for carbon monoxide, done — usually in a day. If your ducts are past it, we'll tell you before you spend a dollar, and if an electric VEU upgrade suits you better, we'll quote that too.

My old Brivis still works — should I replace it?
If it's over 15-20 years old, it's likely running at 3-star efficiency or worse and burning noticeably more gas than a modern 6-star unit. There's no obligation to replace a working heater, but it's worth pricing the upgrade — and any VEU discount — before winter.
